I am writing this review in the middle of the most "Bizzare Real Estate Time" I have seen in over 30 years. We are right in the middle of COVID-19 Pandemic!!! I have been in escrow and Above All Lending has been the lender for our transaction. I am representing the Sellers so they are not representing my client but the people purchasing this home. My wife and I (Both Agents working on this transaction) have been watching deals fall out of escrow left and right during this time and because of this worldwide crisis and honestly, we were a bit nervous for our sellers. Pam at Above All Lending went Above ALL and got this to the finish line. At no point was there ever any concern on her end she kept things on track and was able to close a day early! Agents keep a list of vendors that perform and put the ones that do on these lists. This company just moved to the top of mine. We are so grateful for how she got this done during this insane time we are all dealing with currently. I can only conclude that if she does this well during a worldwide pandemic when this is over she probably can fund in her sleep!!!
